You are very confident for a corp that could barely break half shields last time you attacked the CBM. How long you think you can last? Don't make your alliance suffer and simply unlock.

Stop wasting everyone's time. The decision has been handed down from the CBM. Once a decision is made the only way to appeal is to submit the proper form within 30 seconds of the final vote. This window of opportunity has long passed.
My advice to you for the sake of everything you love, make your next decision wisely. |

On first strike the CBM demoralized the opposition with plasma cannons and nova knives. Another district flipped and another 3 billion ISK paid. The CBM added a bonus 2 billion for it being an actual F0RSAKEN district.
