BPO's should only become available periodically, and for short periods. People would gobble up BPO's if they rarely became available and if they were different every time. I like BPO's but I don't think they should be so abundant. This would also make the current BPO's much more valuable in terms of ISK, and reward the people who already bought them. Everybody wins! Who cares what some sniper has to say

They are real shiny but are really a suit meant for grinding and for newbies. This coming from someone that doesn't even have them. Who cares how much isk the other guys are losing? A lot of those other guys have hundreds of millions to billions of isk anyways. It's a pub, if you're mad because you are going isk negative then stop spamming proto in pubs.

No one knows what the new system is so it is impossible to say how it is affecting payouts.
