simple: the default AV grenade is explosive... make a flux one too...
to balance things, nerf a bit of flux capacity.. (heh) from the regular flux grenades, and buff the flux for the AV variant that REQUIRES a vehicle in proximity to detonate...
(meh.. could've been suggested already.. I'm lazy, sue me.)
..for the lulz and for the Win.

Flux grenades are already good enough. Just cook them as you run and then toss them.

Tanks are becoming useless as it is no need to add more tank busting equipment, skill into what there is if you want to be a more effective tank buster, Grenades aren't always going to win battles.

Shield AV is a necessity. Currently shield HAV are over powered in many respects. In addition to Plasma Cannon there needs to be other EM/ Thermal based AV types.

honestly I do not see the need still, I can take down a Shield HAV just fine

Agreed. However, if all it takes is some grenades to down the hardiest vehicle in the game, why bother running the vehicle in the first place?
We need more AV options, as long as they aren't all garaunteed death for any and all vehicles.
