The basic premise is I use isk deposits to fund attacks on districts. The isk gained from the fight will be distributed with 5% interest monthly. I benefit from the selling of salvage and you benefit from the interest. I know people are going to be shouting scam, but I am fine with that. People who deposit will receive their isk and can vouch for me. For the time being I will only be accepting amounts lower than 10 million isk as to make sure that I can pay.

I'll be opening a bank that is far better than yours.
Anyone who gives me their isk, will never be able to use it for safety reasons. Open an account at Joel's Definitely-Not-A-Scam Bank.

Agreed. This one clearly states that it is not a scam in the name of the business.
On that note, I am establishing a New Eden BBB. If any business does scam you, then send a report to me and I will maintain a repository of searchable scam histories.
I am also establishing the New Eden Private Investigation service. If you get scammed by an anonymous character, then we can investigate and expose the source.
I am also establishing the New Eden Justice Dept. If we adjudicate violation of a New Eden law, then we will exigently execute judgment upon the perpetrator, whether that amounts to ISK fines, life in prison or capital punishment.
I am also establishing a healthy lifestyles juice joint to promote well being.
