I say 90% damage reduction to all shots going in or out of a redline.
You could say, what if people just retreat behind the redline when they are about to die? Well, if you go in the redline then your not shooting across it and you do full damage, so chase the bastards c:
This will stop redline sniping from tanks and rifles, as well as most installation destruction meaning those installations would actually be used to protect things coming into your redline so you can use it to the strategic advantage of covering retreating forces.

How can a redline installation defend the redline when he will do 10% damage?
I'm all for redline adjustments btw. Redline sniping is worse than it was before
