Currently, Minmatar scouts get a bonus to caldari weaponry: Nova Knives. I would propose that we give the Caldari scout the nova knife bonus and give the minmatar scout something truly minmatar: MOAR KABOOMS
The Kabooms: minmatar scouts get a 5% per level explosion radius bonus to splash weapons, equipment, and grenades, and can throw explosives and grenades 10% further per level

Needs more kabooms, minmatar knives were explosive knives. Minmatar are suited for Saboteur bonuses. The Calscout is best for the nova knives, if it had the bonus. Minmatar invented most of all explosive weapons used in eve (Missiles, rockets, torpedoes, bombs)

I am against that change. The min. have the fastest movement speed and the squishiest def. of any suit. Seeing at the nova knives are strictly a point black range weapon, it would make sense to give it to the fastest and lightest armored of the scout suits. The fact is, it's the best suit to get in close and it needs the massive damage output to make it count for the danger they face being that close.
You want your ninja to be the fastest and stealthiest there is, why give it to the runner up?
