Equipment that can be dropped like an uplink, small radius that interferes with scanners and disrupts the mini-map. Multiple deployments, useful to be placed near objectives. Tiers (Breach- disrupts so that only heavies show up with occasional flutter showing medium suits, etc)

Suppose it sends out false red dots on enemy tacnet in a radius around the equipment, hiding people from the tacnet.

I'm thinking more of a decoy grenade rather than a "mole" as he calls it.
So you throw the grenade, and a model with like, 100hp or so, pops up out of it and starts moving. Signature of like 50 so nearly anyone would see it on tacnet.
