im not asking for them, just wanting to know if those are off the table.
I know there are much more important things, but MAVs were the thing I was hoping to hear about last fanfest(I know I know)
So any info would be appreciated.

Well Rattati had a single cell on his Vehicle doc that mentioned them, but they would require art assets which isn't on that table at the moment. So I'm guessing its a possibility in the future but I would not expect it anytime soon.

Too bad we can't repurposed LAV skins, maybe stack them on top of each other. Or maybe get a container and glue wheels to it xD

Ehhhhh I dont mind placeholders for vehicle variants such as Amarr/Minmatar versions, but I think reusing LAVs as an MAV might be a bit much. Though it would be hilarious if you've got 6 guy's sitting on each others shoulders in an LAV and call it a troop transport vehicle.

Ehhhhh overly hacky if you ask me. Besides I think MAVs need proper Medium Turrets anyways. Don't get me wrong the MAV is like...my ideal vehicle, but I don't want to duct tape and bubble gum it in there just for the sake of having them, when we can't properly implment them anyways.

I agree, let them do it right if they do it.
Besides the MAV is the only Gallente vehicle that looks better then the Caldari(in the art at least...oh wait the LAV also)

Which is why I'd rather the put their efforts into polishing what we already have, rather than doing arts and crafts with scraps.

Could use a HAV with a Small Turret... it would look different from a normal HAV, particularly in profile.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Sorry I just don't like it. Its fine if others do, but I just can't support something that drastic.

I see MAV's as a 6 seat ground vehicle with two small turrets, faster than a HAV, and tougher than a LAV. I don't see why we could not do that with the HAV models and a small main turret and small front turret.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
