The proto suits rush the point and set up camp. You have been scanned You have been scanned You have been scanned Protos switch to spamming proto BPOs (whatever they are called) and pad their stats. Half the losing team switch to sniping. A few decent players take out the uplinks, a few BPO protos, and take the point for a minute or two. BPO protos switch back to full proto and take back point. Consider themselves awesome. Rinse. Repeat.

That said, last night's game was actually decent - no Q-sync or proto on either side. We actually vied for the point continuously. Repeat. Sounds fairly accurate. It is fun to spam BPOs / basic gear of your own when you are on the loosing side. This usually leads to a decent payout since ther rest of your teams gets so low on WP.

So while they are holding the point, logis like me are fighting an uphill battle replacing destroyed uplinks around the objective. With flux strikes, ADS, counter snipers, scouts that can jump high, sleek nades, bandwidth.....ect ect ect.....its a slowly losing fight, until i get to the point that i can no longer afford to provide my team with spawns, so we spend the rest of the game in the redline. But i mean, thats what the proto squad wanted on the other team. They didnt want us spawning near the objective and pushing, they want us in the red line sniping. Which isnt that big of a problem, as im much more lethal hidden with a sniper than I am pushing an objective in a BPO logi. In a few weeks the vets will be here asking for sanctions against people who stay in the red line. Once again ,they will want CCP to rush to fix a mess that they made.

Repeat. About a third of the team will leave because of that. Id rather play against militia n adv in my starter suit. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)
