DUST Search - Facion specific corps, MAG style.

Thats it. You played SVER, you were SVER until you got to level 60 and if you decided to ''Vet'', you would reset back to level 1 but you could choose a new PMC. (i had over 25 vets XD)

WHY HASNT ANYONE successfully created a Faction specific corp?
(i said successfully because I had A corp, Amarr Imperial Crusaders that was amarr only...but well.Never grew past the 30 memebers)

Or better, 4 Of them?

If i was CCP.

-Everyone gets to choose their race again
-From now on you can only use Gear (dropsuits/vehicles/weapons) From that Faction and the allied one (Cal+Amarr / Min-Gal)
-From now on, you can only play FW for your faction and the allied one.

DONE.

Minmatar an Amarr have no vehicles = sadly but they could just be reskinned. MAG Raven vet 7 times. Favorite weapon F90 and Highest Kills 78 and 23 deaths.

There have been lots of corps/alliances that have played for one faction only (and possiblt its ally.) Sadly, only a few hardcore corps are left (see PIE.) I only play dust514ums now. It was always more fun than the actual game anyways.

Unless the players in question were interested in the Factions ideals and such, there has always been limited interest. I would also fear that once people have the suits they want, they would go back to pubs and stuff anyway. CCP says they want to make PC battles the be all and the end all of DUST 514 so I guess we will see what they have planned. I don't care, as long as you pay me. /roleplay seriously though, we're still tied to New Eden lore wise, removing the ability to pick your future just to have everyone in their starter faction makes no sense edit: Logi's would then be useless, since the equipment is spread across all the races.

Nestil SWARMYARD 178	Posted - 2014.12.15 21:03:00 - [15] - Quote another thing I loved about mag was the faction loyalty some people had. especially the ones that stayed in the weakest pmc. the thrill I had getting my first 100 kills against sver (i was raven) in sabotage was a really great feeling ("ha eat that ez mode! shakes fist") :P but I fear something like this is already too late for dust... would people benefit from being in such a corp? a possible way is that ccp should make npc corps and you get more LP if you in such corp and play Fw for that faction. but yeah..Idk.
