Yes.
It... does more damage than the normal combat rifle and has a longer clip. Nothing particularly special.
Sometimes, one just has an overwhelming urge to throw a potato at someone.

go reedeem your newletter for 4x of all the new officer guns. the Luis' Combat Rifle has more dmg (burst fire) i thnk more zoom and bigger clip

LOL, "DUST University" should be able to tell you anything you need to know about the game, that's the whole point of the corp, no? - helping noobs with any- and everything.

Is a beast because of the range! I know, it doesn't have my name but I named like that :P
Some may think I'd does nothing special, but it has a way better range and control than a Rr at 100m is real easy to kill if u are skilled.
Note: the weapon says nothing about range but it was made with.1.2x more range over the boundless variant... I believe its optimal range is like 85 or near
