I really hate lag and this bandwidth idea doesnt seem to be working. Being stuck in a cloaked state was so scary. I felt like a ghost

Videos are recorded with a video capture card specifically made for the PS3 that is connected to the PC. It's a bit expensive and you need plenty of HDD space for the video.

It actually requires very little hard drive space. You can just stream to twitch or youtube and let them archive it for you. I use OBS to stream and never save a local copy.
As far as cost goes, it will cost you between 80 and 200 dollars assuming you already have a laptop or desktop. My AverTV HD DVR only cost me like $75 but that is an internal card on my PC.

I feel this way every time I (briefly) think about getting a capture card...

Exactly this. Although its worth noting that because of PS3's HDCP, you may need a powered hdmi splitter to get round it.

There used to be a glitch that caused your character to be invisible. Invisible HMG Sentinels used to be difficult to deal with. That glitch was fixed quit a while ago though.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

OF COURSE the bandwidth idea didn't/can't cure lag... this was stated when the patch notes went up (and most likely when it was first considered also). Now instead of one person doing the spamming, it is shared between players, sometimes resulting in even more spamming than before, lolfail.
