DUST Search - hit detection

I was in a commando drop suit 460 shield 275 armor with two sniper rifles both standard one assault one regular and I was trying to snipe this one guy in a militia drop suit he had about 270 shield and about 100 armor I hit him multiple times head shots mostly but he took no damage he was in range of the regular sniper rifle that should have been a 1 hit kill but I went trough almost a whole clip before he noticed me I know this because he hit me once and did about 200 dmg to me then he moved and when I lined up my shot again I hit him another head shot I only had six bullets left and he died now I know every shot I took made contact because he lit up with sparks every time I shot plus I had lined it up perfectly like I always do while sniping I haven't noticed this with sniper rifles before but then again I don't do that much sniping, I have noticed though that there is a hit detection issue with other weponds such as the shotguns or assault rifles of any kind although I hear that many people have hit detection issues this only seems to be an issue when I try to shoot at someone and not vice versa I don't know if this has to do with other people having bad connections or something but I do know that its really annoying and that most of my deaths are in part to this nothing sucks more then getting the jump on a proto player or any player in fact and unloading on them just to have every single shot be worthless and only give away your position (whether that be sniping or as a scout) and getting killed short after words so please tell me your tales of bad hit detection and I would like to hear especially from those that don't seem to have this issue and from those that are on the receiving end of the countless bullets that seem to be like more like bb's then an actual danger

But I agree hit detection does not always work with snipeing. But its kinda rare. Sometimes ill detect someone through scope but the redicle will flash red to white and vis versa and most of thoes shot I miss even when it shows I hit them. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

We can forgive a few misspellings here and there and maybe a missed punctuation somewhere along the line.
