A corporation is strongest when it is formed organically between like minded players and friends. Loyalty that is paid for or bribed is not loyalty. Dividing your corp into a caste system will only serve to alienate players. It may work fine in real world situations where the numbers of soldiers require a larger network of leadership and a clear chain of command, but in this situation it will only make leadership convoluted and lead to player confusion and dissatisfaction. I see where you're coming from but it's not a caste system but more of a specified group to play with when one or more is off, we all will play together its just different groups for different times, like time zone groups you know what i mean? But hey im up for a suggestion on that if you can give me one

It's good that I'm in a corp with excellent leadership. If I were you I'd get in touch with leadership in other corps, many have twitter accounts, skype, or facebooks. You might not get much help on the forums as people in leadership roles tend to lurk the forums or post under alt accounts. I'd say the most important thing for leadership is being accessible. When players don't hear from their CEO for a few weeks rumors will have people abandoning ship. Oh, and don't be a dickbag to people. Empress $layer.
