After signing up how do I add cards??
Aside from voting (which honestly could be done here), what is the point in signing up if you can't add cards?

Scroll to the bottom of a column, click 'Add a card...'
After titling the card, before sure to click it and then 'Members'. Add yourself to the card. Then vote on it.
Threads on the F&I forum will disappear unless they are constantly bumped. Cards exist until CCP decides they shouldn't. Plus, you can attach things to cards like images. They are easier to sort and can be prioritized into another Trello board after CCP gathers our feedback.

I am not seeing any "Add a card..."
Is there some other hoop I need to jump through to be able to actually add cards?
I've been added to the board itself, I can vote, I even made a trello account (just so I can participate), what else is necessary?

Well, I got confirmation back when I emailed in that I had been added. That may or may not be your issue, I just wanted to confirm that you had Edit Permissions.
