We have simple rules and a 5% tax rate that is bound to change to 1%. *Rules* No Gallente Factional Warfare. No Awoxing. I will forgive this one if they ran in front or you were explosives. No small talk during a FW battle, keep comms reserved for orders and warnings. Mics are not required, not even for squad leaders, but they do help. Ticker is 'KWZC' Have a question? Basically there will be nothing really required for them to do (except follow the rules.) until Qsyncing begins or people start squading up for CFW/MFW/AFW. (I have no restrictions about Minmatar, but I do advise AFW.) If the corporation exceeds Qsync size (16 people online at once. It'll be hard to get to Qsync size.) there will be either A) Multiple Qsyncs or B) Those who don't wish to engage in Factional Warfare at the time may run pubs and earn ISK for both the corporation and themselves. If Qsyncs become successful enough I will start raising the tax for a few days before an ISK giveaway to those who helped the most. If by some miracle we get to competing in PC, then we compete in PC, but continue Qsyncs. Before Qsync size I would be running squads for FW. If placed into GFW by bug or just forgetfulness, the job will be to destroy uplinks, REs, and such while nfot engaging Caldari forces. Please remember I will urge people to que for the correct faction, but bugs happen (I myself have been put in gfw after queing for CFW only) If someone manages to get a rank then is seen in GFW, depending on position, they will be stripped of position and have to earn it back.
