Well...technically I did explain, you don't want to listen. The thing is, we have to be formal in ticket replies, and it can sometimes come through as being rude, but we really just try to help. I sent you another reply, but let's not go any further here, as I would not want to get either of us in any more trouble.

I appreciate your continued support in my many and frequent help tickets. I understand that you deal with the worst of it from the community as I'm sure it's rare that people send in help tickets when they're feeling good about the game. Understand that the frustration coming from the gamer's side is out of love for a game we wish we could say was doing better than it is.
