Broadly speaking a corp that purely plays FW for one or more races
Funding- Using loot sold to Jara Kumora (match loot, LP items, mission rewards, strongbox)
Isk from missions
Limited pub matches when FW isn't available
Donations or existing player capital
Organization- Usual Corporate structure (pc roles optional)
Link to eve online players who run orbital support
Eve hangar of orbital support supplies
Objectives- To win as many FW matches as possible?
Training new/existing players
Providing FC and FAC (Foward artillery control) to q syncs
Could/Should there be large corporations for each faction? Interested to hear some views/ideas

Can it work? Yes.
However, it requires a lot of effort to get it up and running. You need to have people who are capable of handling new players, as they make great additions to FW efforts once they become experienced.
You also need people who are capable of handling the logistics of things such a q-syncs & organization, people who can provide Orbital Support & Channel Moderation, and most importantly you need players who are loyal and won't run away when the fight gets tough, or draw out petty arguments.
It also has worked before. Up until "The Great Desertion" as some would call it, every Faction other than the Caldari has been able to maintain a competent FW Corp.
Notable examples include:
- Turlayon 514 - Gallente FW
- New Age Outlaws - Matari FW
- Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris - Amarr FW

No in Dust 514 LP gear is not considered more valuable than comparable gear of similar tier, Jara also cuts your profit margins in half.....not to mention your losses in FW are an expense.
No dedicated FW corp can make a living with those kinds of restrictions.

I am going to be brutally honest and say that Turalyon 514, while it had a very strong (I think we were 300 men at one point) EVE side, it was never a major force DUST side, and it collapsed after I stopped giving it life support. My corpmates there were wonderful people, but there weren't many of them and we never managed to field a full 16 man team. FW at that time wasn't quite as developed as it is now, though.
I was considering starting up a Gal FW corp, but with the state FW is in atm all it would mean is 30 minute queues for unsatisfying stompfests.
The Federation is not a defined region of space, of planets, of mountains, rivers, or woods. It is a vision.

I want to suggest we can be profitable but Dust side we simply cannot.
EVE side if I converted my LP values I could rock out with 3-4 Navy Armageddons in an instant roughly worth 400,000,000 ISK each or roughly 50 Navy Slicers @ 20,000,000 each, or maybe some 10 or so Nomens worth many 60,000,000 each.

it can work but most the corp members would have to be independently wealthy or have some kind of third party funding? ( can eve players join and add funding/donate to a dust based corp? or can dust players join eve corps and receive money from a corp wallet?)
at one point myself michael arck and Jane madson had a caldari factional corp (oukh) but recruitment, funding, and finally its collapse lead to my discouragement from fw.
not having a full LP store and LP gear costing isk and LP is also a drawback
If my battle expense was paid and FW was easier to join matches I would play only FW ( isk please)

No you cannot. If we could I could honestly bankroll all of PCLAS myself, provide monthly allowances, etc, until industry could be established to produce our dropsuits, weapons, tanks, etc.

Optimistically I like to think a good enough team can win FW consistently on a tight budget, enough to afford greater expense where it's warranted

Nope, not in these settings.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

Kirjuun Heiian as a FW Corp was essentially there on paper , I felt it just needs that core "board of directors" and other ancillary staff The eve side was there, a better diplomatic connection to the cal militia was needed , but we had up to 8 OB pilots available at various times, along with the hangar
It just needs "the right" group of people to really get it going, that same committed core that can work together to grow a corp
