The hilarity is that I just got Minmatar Assault 5... and having -way- better results with it than my Gallente Assault. Maybe because the bonus is actually useful

scouts with mass drivers is what i have been seeing. they can jump about all over being missed and missing every shot and still wipe out anyone nearby

I've seen a lot of scouts that strafe with viziams. Regularly a Calscout or Galscout. I suspect the Calscout would probably be more popular in this FotM due to the myth of the hitbox. (Which I can say is only a myth and couldn't be farther from truth.)
They are very annoying to deal with, much more for my Calssault since it is a shield based suit.

I've wanted to skill into it for awhile, but my Caldari Assault comes first... I just need 1m SP... oh nope I forgot that my NKs managed to get me 20/1 in dom on Highlands. (Secret is to charge when above then when a red starts up the stairs you just fall down and slash. Harder than it seems.)
