What if they add criteria to Scotty, so that if either MCC has less than 100% armor then mercs won't be added to that match?

If either MCC has less than, or equal to 50% shields and or less than or equal to 75% of clone reserves, match is locked.
Don't know why this hasn't been implemented Uprising 1.0 or earlier. |

ccp still didnt fix this problem ? lolz really hoping that Legion won't have all these problems, most likely won't if they stick to PC and even if they do have these problems they won't have to go through Sony to get another patch out.
Should Legion be on the ps4?

I'd like to see a high priority queue be implemented for people who leave matches, where they would be favored to fill out matches that are in progress that someone else leaves.
You leave match, you get leaver count +1, you get priority to fill other matches people have left, and when you get placed into them your count gets -1. Coded karma. |

So when I join a match that is already decided and leave it, I'll get punished for it when I try to join another match by being put in a similar match to the one I just left? Might as well just shut the ps3 off.
