Was 1.9 and 1.10 only released because the people in Shanghai had these new ways to make money? I didn't mind it at first with 1.9 offering respecs for real money but with 1.10 no one so far has gotten keys for the locked boxes without paying aur for them. It's a bit worrying to me
Should Legion be on the ps4?

I got 2 keys for completing a mission yesterday, something like achieve 39 kills for the day, not a big deal. If we see more of these missions, I'm not worried about this too much.

Not to mention the description on the box clearly says there might be other ways to open the box without keys. And on the roadmap there is the "Salvager" role which most likely provides the means to open said boxes without keys. Hell potentially take it a step further down the line with Basic Crafting, where they could allow us to create keys.

I hope that Legion died... I want my favourite game to get a PS4/PC port.

I'll explain this again, as I already have on another topic. The description on the box about "other ways" is referring to the hacked decryptor keys, as the rest of the description says the boxes can only be opened with the key that was used to lock them.
I also got 2 keys earlier today for the 39 kill a day Berserker mission. 19 proto md's and 3 officer swarms from two boxes |

Oh well that's good lol, I just didn't see any keys from salvage in game or anyone on the forums getting any. But now finally it seems like people are starting to acquire keys without paying aurum.

yes but they're part of the missions rewards and they'll be piling up in my quarters!!! Soon I won't have room in here and I'll have to rent storage somewhere on this station but I cant even get out of my quarters!!! They say the world is not yet ready to accept us and that the capsuleers are too much already for the rest of the mortals in New Eden and that is why they won't let us out yet and only let us have free time in those bloody battles.
For real though it's not that bad since now I know we can get the keys without paying real money but the conspiracy theory was: were these last two patches only released because CCP had new ways to make money? The patch is fine and the boxes can pile up with me not minding cuz of the other rewards we get from the missions. It's the reasons for these patches being released that I think are.... possibly something more than wanting to provide content.. mostly.
