It is quite random but as far as I can tell it at least makes sure that it is use able on your character. I guess that is slightly better than randomly hitting X unless of course you are skilled into everything. |

In my 5 I saw 2 worth somewhat less than what I spent and 3 worth much more. All in all in 5 boxes I would say I made a profit.
I only hope this is the case for everyone as I will probably not be buying many more at the 800 AUR price point to further test it.

Each key is 600 aurum if you buy a pack of 10
From 6 boxes I got
1 Bons sin 7 officer shotgun ,
I don't have the skills for any officer weapon so maybe if you have the skills you are more likely to get it
1 krins sin 11 officer assalut rifle
21 damages extenders worth 630 aurum (I don' have the skills for it )
9 neo commando series woth 900 aurum (I don' have the skills for it )
9 defender special issue Gallente suits worth 900 aurum
24 dark swarm lauchers worth 900ish aurum |

The rewards can be worth far less than the 600 - 800 you spend on the key. Lowest I've seen is 15 basic codebreakers worth 300 AUR.

So the gear you get is not necessarily gear you have sufficient skill to use? I have seen posts that describe the lockboxes as being specific to your characters skills, and others that have received unusable gear. Any confirmation on this either way?

it is random junk from basic to officer weapons. so not worth the aurum period. |

A key should be like 10 AUR. 800 AUR is too much.
Its called microtransactions for a reason.
