Unfortunately, South American corps have a much higher incidence of boosting players. Dust Brazil is another common culprit. You can file a ticket and let CCP know, but it's very unlikely that anything will come of it. I try to disrupt their efforts whenever I find boosters, calling in vehicles on them is a nice way to break up a boosting party.
