Anyways, in your situation, like many other Dusties, would invite you to send an alt to join Xer Cloud Consortium, temporarily is fine.
We have room for 12600 people to join. Once in the corp I give everyone access to the corp wallet and they will compete to grab the lump ISK sum which Brush Master deposits after the event is over.

Nothing particular Dust side however I have expand operations into Eve Online as a pleasure hub system.
ISK is relatively good as a space comedian prostitute. Made about 65 million the other day from clients.

No matter how hard I try as a risk assessment evaluator I still cannot give a final or even preliminary risk value for the entity known as Jadek Menaheim. His/Her motivations still seem elusive. |

I do appreciate your analysis Flint. It's smart to not take anything at face value.
To clear some things up; I only handle codes. Brush Master handles the ISK through his lottery and is the one who deposits ISK into the XERCC corp wallet. He has a reputation to maintain with his lottery site as he makes a nice bit of ISK off of ticket sales (10% of everything deposited as a site management fee). I have a reputation to maintain with you all and Brush Master. I have two more codes to give away and if I make a fool of Brush and his lottery tool that damages things with many involved parties.
It is true that Brush could give me an exact heads up when he is going to press send on the deposit, giving me an opportunity to sneak in with a XERCC alt and nab things. I really can't dispel this possibility. I can hold to the standpoint that Brush wants to maintain an image of legitimacy in order to consistently make money with his lottery api tool and I want to keep giving away codes and boosting membership to XERCC.
Please also look up and message Lorhak Gannarsein. I believe he nabbed 56 million in the last giveaway.

Like Brush said earlier, the wallet syncs on the half hour and hour. So while your deposit will go through, you won't see an update until after the lottery concludes if you deposit with 5 minutes to spare.

Be cautious with last minute bidding, there are several scripts that run and they only run on the hour and half hour, usually over the course of a couple minutes.
