Was that the purposed buff? Because if so, then how are medium frames going to be any different than scouts besides having different bonuses and more health? |

Same but I'm pretty sure that's due to dampening skills at level 5 (10% profile reduction, hence 5)

It was profile-buffed. It's 45 (instead of 50), and with skills maxed out it's 41. A logi by comparison is 50.

Guys, nevermind, I was looking at protofits.com stats that misleaded me, instead of in-game stats. Awesome to know that we got it anyway!
