On 9th of December, DUST 514-« will be updated with the release of Uprising 1.10 in an extended downtime that will begin early at 10:00 UTC on Tuesday, December 9th. This downtime will last for a total of 2 hours, and Tranquility will be accessible for play at 12:00 UTC. This update will add a number of features and changes specifically requested by the community and here you will find a brief explanation on the biggest upcoming changes:
* New Orbital Strikes in Public Contracts, Small EMP Strike, Large EMP Strike and Laser Strike
* New Visual Effects
* Daily Missions and Rewards
* Loyalty Ranks displayed in the Kill Feed
* Encrypted Strongboxes with rare gear
* Gameplay Experience Improvements, Equipment Bandwidth & Scan Changes

Im still curious about the new Orbital Stikes... And how much damage they will deal. (I know they act like a flux).

Super excited!
I'm all for mini OBs just to be clear, but I'm calling 16 different 1 man squads(possibly a corp Q-syncing to get the maximum effect) dropping OBs on the first day.

Awesome, so glad the downtime where I am is at like 2:00 in the morning.
I also see why you put the minor EMP strikes there as it disencourages the strategy of "whoever has the high spot with the uplinks wins"
