I'm using scout gk.0 sometimes in pc and i have maxed skills in gal scout, and dampeners.
Now this is the problem with 2x complex damps i get to 15.72 db profile according to protofits and I also have an ishukone cloak
on it thats suppose to give me another -10% to dampening when im cloaked which means that my profile should be 14.148 db when im cloaked, so here is the biggest problem a gal logi with maxed skills + duvolle focused scans can scan people with profile as low as 15db according to protofits, and to finish why am I getting scanned using 2x complex damps + proto cloak on a gk.0 scout with maxed skills?? and for those that will say oh you getting scanned when you are not cloaked no buddy I'm cloaked and i get scanned please fix this.....

So what is the reason of having a proto cloak? that -10% dampening isnt even working... can I get a DEV to respond on this thread?

It is very annoying when that happens, it should not be happening, the clock should give the dampining bouns, but it doesnt apply |
