Hello.
What you think about it: 50k LP, 8 kk Isk and we can buy Clear Apex, like Templar Suits (logi, sentinel, etc).
I hate some type of weapons, and have another bpo's (toxin series) and i use it on my templar BPO, so i want use it with APEX ;)

No, no "clear" PRO APEX BPOs.
If they're PRO BPOs they should be prefitted just as they are now. If they're clear BPOs they should be STD and no better.

See, that would be ok, but if it is a "clear" PRO BPO, what is to stop you from fitting a Duvolle/IASMG on it?
In order to avoid that can of worms, IMHO they shouldn't make "clear" PRO BPOs

You misunderstand me, if they are "clear" then the BPO dropsuit itself should be no better than STD.
Otherwise, the Devs need to apply Devtime to ensure that only STD things can be fitted to them or else we'll have to rely on the lolhonor system (lol, yeah, that'll work with this community).

Im sure clear apex suits would cost more than the fitted apex suits. I could make some evil monstrosities with them, specially if they weren't limited to just basic modules.
Although honestly I think CCP should just tiercide all suits and make apex suits prefitted with some badass unique modules :)

Ho ok my bad I thought you were talking about the modules on it^^
But why not? I tried many fittings and you can never go over a PROTO fitted standard suit with a STD fitted proto suit. The results are really similar and in the end, only the price could be a little bit different. I know it's ~20k ISK for a std suit, it'll be probably something similar or ~10k ISK for the clear APEX. I dont see this as a problem as APEX suits are hard to get or more expensive (In AUR) than STD BPO^^ |

Dear God No!
Do you understand how nasty that would be? The things I could do with a free 3-5 layout would make you quit the game even if it was relegated to only having standard limitations. A free damage modded AR suit with 900 hp sounds nice, but not completely breaking all semblance of isk necessity also sounds pretty cool.
Not to mention it would make the Quafe and MAG homage suits completely obsolete.

apex is working as intended.
to make them blank suits would put all other bpo suits and none bpo suits including proto out of business. no one would ever use anything but apex suits again in dust.
anyone who has bpo suits does not ever use the isk variants of those suits. it would be no different for blank apex suits.
this is a bad idea
