Loged on today,and found I had been rewarded withe -695050 passive SP, care to tell me why?
It apperes to coincide with my augmentations running out. |

Hello, this is GM Archduke.
Thank you for contacting the DUST 514 Customer Support Team, and for bringing this to our attention. Our development team is aware of instances where the client has, in some cases, been showing a characters skill points to be in the negative or losing skill points. We are currently looking into what could be causing this, and of course, how to fix it. As this is affecting Mercenaries on a global scale, and we aim to deploy a global fix to restore all characters to their correct lifetime SP - regretfully we cannot manually correct this individually for every affected character. Unfortunately we do not yet have a time-frame when this fix will be deployed, but we will try to do so this as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience regarding this matter! |

Try logging out, possibly exiting Dust as well. Then retry. That normally fixes either SP or ISK problems. All your information is on the CCP servers. Your client just gets out of whack during the startup.
My favorite tank is a Lightning. Just sayin.

Same problem - Lost around 500k+ SP and yes, it occurred at the same time when 2/3 passive boosters ran out.
NOT happy.
Also some games today only gave me half SP. Say a match gave me 57k SP - I got around 30K SP. |

Lost 600k sp. using three 30-day passive booster. As soon as the action of one of them - lost sp.... WTF?!?!?!?!?! I lost my money!?
