The design philosophy is terrible, and completely wrong for the minmitar race.
Minmitar suits are in a relatively bad place right now because of them missing any kind of tank advantages (all shield values are monopolized by the caldari, whereas Gallente and Amarr split regen and HP), but should be made assuming they are balanced, or have OK shield values (which they do not).
I suggest that you make the suit have 1x recharger, 1x heavy damage mod, 1x shield extender, 1x kin cat, and 1x armor repairer, considering the Min Sent has more armor than shield....
Also, give it a burst HMG. If there is any suit in the game designed to use that hellish contraption, it is this ugly duckling I-have-no-idea-what-my-actual-role-is suit.
Flaylock is perfect, but it needs to have a burst HMG.
That weapon is designed for this suit.
I think everyone here can agree with everything I just said.

mayhaps while you were to busy trying to get sentinels nerfed into the ground you could have given feedback on the suits as the talks for the Apex fits went on for quite a while...

I have both, I prefer the Amarr except that The Minmitar suit has the flaylock
However the Burst HMG would make it to powerful, You have an infinite supply of free suits, If they had powerful weapons it
would really annoy the people without them |

I have both, I prefer the Amarr except that The Minmitar suit has the flaylock , I prefer sentinels with flaylocks However the Burst HMG would make it to powerful, You have an infinite supply of free suits, If they had powerful weapons it would really annoy the people without them

Im pretty sure the minmatar sents got adjusted so their shields are higher slightly. At least all my fits are solidly shield-higher.
Two extenders, energizer, kincat, cardiac regulator would have been my pick, but I'm weird and not everyone plays well with my oddity fits.
Burst HMG is the only one that works well with the min sent. You have to alpha volley the target or your ass is grass.
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.

You think the Apex sentinel is bad....
Look at the Shaman Logistics. Its last 3 low slots are:
A plate,
A ferroscale,
A standard kin cat.
I mean wtf are we trying to accomplish here CCP? Aside from the fact that with that fit it is only 0.15 m/s faster with the kin cat than its BASE SPEED! (totally worthless if you ask me) Adding a plate to what appears to be a speed build makes no sense.
I did look at the other logis and I noticed that 3 out of the 4 of them seem to be going for some psuedo-speed sort of builds but at standard level modules are pathetic.
This leads me to another even greater point. Thanks to looking at these APEX suits I have realised that Standard armour plates are a much greater investment in standard tech than pretty much anything else.
Basic kin cats are terrible, basic ferroscales and such are equally quite terrible. Even the beloved standard shield extender only grants 33HP (The Shaman Logi used all 4 high slots for a paltry 132hp, that's one and a half standard armour plates). The basic armour plate offers so much more for its value than almost any other module.
