Would love to have a tactical CR.
High damage per shot with slow rate of fire.
Basically a tactical SR but with better fire rate, larger clip, less damage and a hip fire, but very poor hip fire to keep it balanced...
So mad I could eat a chimichanga, swallow a marble, chug a quafe, bend over, fart, and drop an amarian from 100 meters..

It should be based of the tac assault rifle in my opinion tho. This would be like the current SCAR weapon.

I'd rather have a breach CR.
Add a delay in each shot of the burst (boom...boom...boom... not boom.boom.boom), less range, higher damage.

Actually going off the Minmatar theme of very high fire rate, low damage per bullet weapons, the tactical CR would likely have the highest fire rate and lowest damage of all equivalent variants. What you initially described sounds more like a Tactical Rail Rifle.

Very true, hadn't thought of that.
Let's do it.
Even if we made a single shot version of it
90 damage (the three shots in one)
400 fire rate( a third the fire rate)
40 to 60 optimal (or more)

I made this suggestion too, but thought of it as a precision rifle and a whole new gun :P I want this though. |

So better than a ScR hmmmm could work if there were mechanics to limit its fire.
Magazine size, etc.
