Title says it all. Really, really, really tired of searching for as long as 30 minutes for a single FW and then even losing! Create or open more servers for FW or whatever you do, please just fix! I know I'm not the only one; there are countless others that are frustrated because of this.

I typically find that q-syncs work best. Soloing isn't worth the wait. You can make a fortune of ISK in the time it takes to find a FW solo.
Join one of the FW channels, there are popular ones for each race.
I only the know the Minmatar ones, for obvious reasons.
The Amarr need to step it up. Played all day Wednesday and only lost one match out of 20 or so. Played against a stacked team of Ancient Exiles and Red Star, won the first match we played against them (it was a very good fight) and lost the second one. I blame the blue dots.
Don't be blue in FW.

I'm in Min FW channel, I do squad up with at least 3 people. No difference. Same results.

Best chance and lowest time, full squad.
Never bother to search unless your in a squad of at least 4 people.
I always seem to get my squad in pretty easy when it's full, especially when they are all my corp mates.
