Sometimes the rep tool will arbritrarily stop giving me triage war points. Is this a bug?

I think it stops after a certain number of WP's then keeps going after a bit. I don't believe it's a glitch because then I would make a ton of ISK very easily and quickly.

I believe there's a cap set to try and dissuade people from just constantly repping for WP. This cap doesn't seem to exist for squadmates, but blueberries appear to have it. It's finicky though, and you can still grab guardian points even after you hit that threshold.

I hit the cap repping squad mates frequently. I find that it happens after a period of time being locked on, rather than an amount of WP though - I hit it after almost no time if I'm constantly locked on, but if I only rep when required, I get longer before capping. |

It's basically a limit on how many WP you can gain per minute doing a single action, repping being a single action. If enough time passes your average WP/m will drop down enough that you can start gaining WP again. I think however that you can still get Guardian points, even after you've hit the WP rep cap.

I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned it, perhaps it's been fixed, make a kill and the WP cap for repping will reset!

As, uhh, 'the above poster' mentioned you can reset it by getting a kill though it usually does not reset perfectly. I believe it has to do with getting WP from a different method other than repairing. Stop doing it for a bit, get some Team Resupply and Team Spawn and it will reset.

I think you need to deal damage, not just kills. Generally, tossing a flux is all it takes for me
