it made sense to have a CPU reduction when it had a low PG requirement but I think it needs a PG reduction skill.

I would like to see a PG and CPU optimization skill for each weapon as appropriate, some weapons dont need both, some could benefit more from both than others. |

I have as well for my gal scout g-1 fitting that needed 2 cpu for fitting

Sure, go ahead. Of course, that'll only affect around, 2 or 3 mercs tops.
