Pros:
BPO
Looks cool
Cons:
-They are pretty crappy
-For the price of one LP+ISK BPO, you can get an equivalent of 175 prototype suit of choice (10 million isk) + 645 LP prototype suits (100k LP) = 820 prototype suits that are customization with good modules and guns.
Moral of story: CCP is ripping you off for your isk and LP. Don't buy Apex suits.
Edit to give you an example of how many suits 820 suits are, an event very long ago gave out a prototype Minmatar scout for every knife kill up to 200, and I still haven't run out of them. Multiply very long ago*4=your answer.

i just wish the shaman used base CR and not ACR.. had repper to the right and not diagonaldown-right.. and the repper was a 60hp/s one to put more emphasis that minmatar excell with that tool

I don't think too many people going for these suits are doing it because they want to save Isk or are expecting awesome fits. They're doing it because of dat bling~
Halfway there and only chugged through seventeen million... just a few more days...
