My old alt I believe. I lost that PSN a while back and haven't gotten back since due to gamesharing with my GF when we were about 869 miles away...

Actually all you need is just one point in corp skills and an EVE player can grant you roles expansion that'll allow you to have 12000 positions in your corp. There's no way you'd ever fill a Dust corp with that many people.

I believe that if you have Corporation Management trained to level 1 you can take over as CEO of a Corp of any size.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

The service offered was potentially legitimate. Although they should have told you to train Corp Management to 1.
Your mistake was purchasing this service for 10 million ISK from a person who's reputation is worth less than 10 million ISK.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Kills, I could create a corporation for 5 million.
I have Megacorp Control skill (I may be wrong with the name) and could have your corporation up and running.
I am working on an EVE alt. Once Viktor Revon is given the capsule implant I may be about to do much more for about 15 million.
