I think I am going to retire from the forums and maybe the game. Good luck in a competitive market with legion and gods speed.
The only beta I have ever quite was teso.

Trust me, it makes the game far more enjoyable.
My entire corp loves the game because I'm literally the only one who goes to the forums, so everyone actually forms their own opinion both good and bad instead of being corrupted by the forum.

My thoughts are my own I assure you, but It may make the game more enjoyable. It bothers me though that there will be no one to fight off the hordes of retards that have no concern for the well being of this game, but really what can I expect of a ftp game where so few have any investment apart from their own gratification.
The strength of the don't nerf me bro is so strong these forums it does not only prevent change, but does not allow discussion. So as far as I am concerned the community has already failed the game which is not something that can be fixed. Alea iacta est

This is basically how it's been the entire life of Dust it's unfortunate and seems like it has gotten worse.. Maybe because of the small crew left at the helm and their captain Rattati tries to hard to be "one of the guys" therefore the changes made are off-the-cuff and seemingly influenced by a minority..
It doesn't help that the changes are designed more towards making money and not improving the core mechanics.. One would have to be naive to think fixing the game couldn't bring in more profit.. |
