can we tone down or remove the flash when fireing?
because when fireing in enclosed areas its like a strobe light and gives me a headache, im sure CCP dosnt want a law suit from causing epileptic fits now do they?
and i dont recall the other weapons which have such epileptic fit induceing lighting effects but im probably quite sure its SCR and ASCR and maybe some ARs too and probably RR also

I noticed that too. Its mostly just with magsec, rail rifle has too low a RoF.

No, from my experience its mostly just the magsec. Trust me, I used to use every weapon on a daily basis. Although there were some times when the SMG got like that too. I think its the fact that the Magsec has a white light, whereas the other rifles have a yellowish light, so they aren't as bright.

In some lightings, the SMG(all variants) will make my TV go superstrobe on the wall behind me, its as if a barrel of firecrsckers went off.

maybe its a problem with all weapons with a certain rate of fire?
