Last night I played 10-15 games without a single looting a single officer weapon. I'm now on my 8th afk match with 4 drops. You shouldn't get loot for doing nothing.
Can we get this fixed. This event is just encouraging people not to try. And it's not like blueberries need an excuse not to help out.

Technically speaking, you could argue that many games "encourage people not to try."
"We lost in CoD. Oh well, I guess the next team will have to carry me."
"We lost in TF2. Oh well, not like I lose anything for doing poorly."
"We lost in DUST. Oh well, I still got SP."
In DUST, you can at least say that 2 SP = WP gives a reason to try because trying means capping faster/easier. All this event has done is go "you were at the end of the match; roll percentile dice to see if you get something." Well, that is DUST anyway; the only difference is that you are not looking for double aught but 90-100 instead.

While you are correct. My point is that if you want to take part in this event the best way to do it is by playing afk. This is the wrong way to do it. You should have a better chance the more you help the team.

I wouldn't be surprised if CCP has some kind of salvage formula, and when you do absolutely nothing it gets divided by zero putting you high up the list.
