Turns out, he's a normal player who has discovered Dust 514's first WMD. To read more go here: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=181977 CPM Zatara Rought has put out a call to anyone with a recording device to record to occurrence and submit the video to a CPM to bring to CCP's attention so that this bug - THE BIGGEST BUG IN DUST'S HISTORY - can be fixed asap Zatara Rought wrote: If you have knowledge and can demonstrate this glitch to us on the CPM today we'd like to record it and get CCP on this ASAP. Please message me here, contact me in game, skype, email anything. This is a very serious exploit and we need to get this fixed asap.

Because if everybody know, the game will be soon unplayable and the fix will be fast, but if only a few know, the fix may take some time. Situational awareness also known as passive scan.
