Hi,
Am I the only one who can't buy the packs (Mercenary, veteran & elite) in the European PSN ?
Those packs were released the 11th, eand we are the 22nd...
So Is it normal ?
What have I to do to buy it ?
If CCP wants my money, he must change it!
CCP logical is very strange...

Do you have enough money on the PSN account you're purchasing the packs on?
If yes, it might be an issue with Sony, not just CCP. I've heard a few people be unable to pay for Aurum for respecs too.

I have seen many people on the forums have this issue. It doesn't make any sense, you would think CCP and Sony would only be happy to take peoples money.
Someone has f***ed up somewhere. These packs are working for the Americans I think. Just the Euros left out.

I am worried too because I want to buy two packs.
Some people, me included, submitted a support ticket and got a reply that CCP and Sony are working together to fix that as soon as possible.

CCP can fix this themselves if they want to, no need to involve Sony. They could just tell us to:
1. Buy AUR pack at same value as the merc/vet/elite pack (e.g. you buy -ú15.99/Gé¼19.99 40,000AUR pack if you want merc pack)
2. File ticket asking for merc/vet/elite pack
3. CCP then transfer the extra items (booster, BPO, etc) onto our accounts (and deduct any surplus AUR)
I asked CCP support if they would do this but they wouldn't |
