After playing what was easily 75+ matches I finally scavenged an Officer Weapon and it ends up being the Swarm Launcher. Wtf? I want Assault Rifles, dammit!!! |

yeah salvage drops in pub matches need to be same as FW.

I imagine the officer drop rate was already so hilariously low that even a 10x increase in drop rate won't do much.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

call me mad but i've had the theory for years that officer drops are linked to what weapons you can use and were initially designed to give you weapons you're not skilled into in order to encourage player trading (back when that was still a planned thing) newer players with less skills in wepaons are seemign to get more drops whereas those of us with higher SPs are gettign very limited. in light weapons the only ones i don't have asre shotties, snipers, Mds as well as LR beign prof 2, in heavy i don't have skils in forge. in all my drops i've had 2 x MD, 2 x Forge, 1 x laser. the ones i can use have been 1 x CR and 1 x Balacs AR

Definitely random. The only weapon system I dont have to 5 or any sp in for that matter is swarms yet I am getting all sorts of random stuff.
Its just RNG[J]esus and if he is smiling down on you.
