I used an omega booster and got 750 kills. I am supposed to receive 1.5m sp. That doesnt work for me.

no i think they said it was NOT modifiable like the MCC sp was..

From the Destructive Data Mining: The sidearm Expert Challenge page:
When: Oct 3 - Oct 20 2014
Objective: During the event period, players must achieve kills using any sidearm (including Nova Knives) while using any type of dropsuit.
Rewards for everyone: For each kill with a sidearm player characters will receive 1000 skill points, capped at 750,000. Booster bonuses apply.
Yes, giving everyone 750k and modify by Boosters works as a "no gets screwed over." However, it speaks quite poorly to CCP's ability to get things to work if "we screwed up; just have SP" is the solution. Going the Neo-Con mentality: "I earned my 750k; why does he get it when he got less than me?!"

If I remember correctly I got over a million skill points with the sidearm event. It was pretty sweet. It made the hell I went through with the Militia Sub Machine Gun for a week worth it. |

They only rewarded MLT kills and now they dont know how to reward others. I did much more than 1000 kills and had a booster on so I'm still waiting for my 1M125k SP.
I dont care if others would get more SP than they should have earn, because seriously, it's getting long and boring. I'd prefer this than having nothing at all!
Take out all forms of scans and you'll see how great Dust can be.
Scrubs will cry, good players will love it.
