So I try to shoot the red and he strafes back and forth and I unload my entire clip and only get shields down
I try to strafe and get insta gabbed...
What am I doing wrong???

Eithet u are outmatched suit & weapon wise, or the enemy is just better at strafing, or both! But it never hurts to keep practicing!

Also, once you got a nice strafe technique, wait for them to unload their clip, then when they are just about to reload, let 'em have it!

What weapon, it seems honestly like hitdetection issue with lag.
Maybe one of you two was little more lagy to me.

At least it's not the Ion Pistol...
Ever had a hacking enemy stand still, so you charge an Ion Pistol shot straight at his head, ADS, get a shield flare but do 0 damage?
I had, it wasn't fun.

I had, it wasn't fun.
Similar story with me, i have this boyo in front of me and shoot him with whole mag of my republic CB and gues what no damage to shield at all, he just turn back and shoot me "one shot death" style RR

Scrambler rifle vrs rail rifle on my alt running amarr scout.
I must have been lagging cause I only heard/felt like three shoots but some how they were doing 300-400 damage

Scouts strafe hard. So hard that even if I hit them I cant kill them fast enough.
Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

Most surely lag, i have this some days on normal basis (mostly playing in US prime time but im from EU - After work).
