I assume you mean Change.
It is not a good idea to fix the horrid Charge problems of the RR by making the Caldari Assault Bonus reduce it to acceptable levels. The Assault bonus should make the racial weapon better in the hands of the racial suit. It shouldn't make it useable in the hands of the racial suit and worthless to anyone else. This change would not help Commandos, Scouts, or Logistics that want to use the racial weapon of the Caldari.
If nothing else, screwing up the Charge time so the Caldari Assault bonus can be relevant is robbing Peter to pay Paul.

I agree.
I feel that the charge time should be reduced on the rail rifle generally, and then a kick reduction bonus on the Calassault would be useful seeing as it actually has recoil now.

I meant the actual RR bonus and I just look at it and it is kick reduction. Really I think it is in a proper place and all the spool up reduction would do is make the weapon op for assault instead of everyone lol. I have recently picked up the RR and am enjoying it a lot.

As someone who has had level 5 RR for a long time but never really used it..... I kinda like the RR as it is now. I like weapons that everyone says are 'bad' - [ Just that leet bro....obviously ]
I cant imagine how powerful that weapon used to be! Even now it hipfires in straight lines until the kick builds up.

Obviously I'm a person who has been going on saying the RR needs fixing and it does. @Bolt Yeah, it was powerful at CQC once, I hated that. It was changed and balanced with more kick and guess what? I loved it, I could use it as the long range rifle it was intended to be. Final change, reduced kick, added spool time... this is the point where it became a CQC weapon while being noted as a long range rifle. The long range capability was basically killed with a new buff to CQC. If they change it back, I'll show you how to use it Correctly

I generally consider petitions to be a waste of time, having seen perhaps a couple hundred come and go with little to show for it in my forum career. I suppose it may be different with Rattati, but I'm inclined to believe they don't accomplish much.

Yes give the cal assault a useful bonus. Reload speed doesn't matter when ur shooting frome 50m away near cover. Assault bonuses should benefit assaulting. Heat build up useful Dispersion useful Extra clip size very useful Reload speed useful in cqc weapon not useful in cqc Problem? |

I got into RR when it was first added, hit 5 in seconds. You don't need skill to kill someone, you need to be in close quarters. You can also kill from high up if it's a wounded Calscout. You probably think a AR killing a heavy at 75m is balanced.
