Depends on race, here seems to be a list but I'm not sure how accurate it is; though it is right about "Torvi , Everyshore" as that's the one I'm in.

HHAHA the PS3 LOL tooo funny.  Ok, TY guys/gals/cows/ships/trains and airplanes. Will hit you all up for orbital strikes once I get the required skills. I just need to move my PS3 to my second monitor as well. |

As a public service reminder to all dust players, you can petition a GM to move your character to a different system and station as long as the system is in the list I linked above.
You can look up each system via evemaps.dotlan.net

Sadly not anymore (for now) according to GM Scotsman

Sorry guys. Since the 1.9 update, this functionality has now been removed. We do plan to introduce it again in the future.
