Then tell me what weapon I should be using?

The latest victim is the rail rifle with its ridiculous spool up time. People complaint about the being shotgunned. People complained about the bolt pistol because of the amount of damage it did or not enough damage before the last hotfix. Even the combat rifle has gotten 3 adjustments. Soon, it will be the breach assault since it is the rifle people have been migrating to because of the RR nerf. So, instead of bunny hoping around why don't you guys tell me which suit and what weapon I should be using instead? Tell me what combination will make you happy that if I kill you then you say ok that was a fair kill and not due to the lack of skill at all? Maybe if we start from this point we can begin to achieve the all so elusive balance that everybody seems to seek. So, go ahead give us advice. I have a feeling it will be heavy with nova knifes

Get over yourself with your OHK weapon that doesnt even require you to be visible and rifle that has vastly more range than all the rest but is still quite effective close up. The joy in success is heightened because of the many failures one endures. So, you will never make anyone happy with your gear. Unless, of course, you are the victim. That's what a "real scout" means. It's one that doesn't kill you but makes them selves available to be fodder. Play with whatever provides you the most enjoyment from DUST. Though I suspect you were trying to slyly make a point rather than actually asking for suggestions. Stay gold. "Stay gold, Ponyboy..."

The other two problems are the weapon being too easy and over powered or just over powered. Should Legion be on the ps4?

One character had their damage ratio on their ability changed from .4 to .35 because the forums were crying that this character was overpowered. In a full game where that character might get 400-500 Ability Power (makes spells do more damage), it amounts to 25 less damage a cast. In other words, from about 500 damage to about 475 every 3 seconds. Didn't change the popularity of the character and it is pretty much accepted that the nerf happened to make people on the forums happy. In truth, we don't know how much the forums drive the changes. CCP has, supposedly, all their facts and figures about different weapons. "The Rail Rifle is consisting of 50% of the kills. It is probably too powerful" makes sense. Though I will say that the kick reduction by 50% and doubling the Charge time HAD to be because of people complained that the kick was too much. Of course, I would happily triple the current kick to get the Charge back to .3 because jeez is .6 incredibly slow. But back on point: People will always complain about X or Y weapon but it usually only changes when there is a true imbalance. People still complain heavily about Assault Dropships despite AV being heavily favored against them, as well as flying one being difficult. Play what you want to play. I used the Rail Rifle because I was Caldari. I use the Bolt because I am Caldari and because I like the high damage, slow rate of fire that works wonderfully when people are not paying attention and you can headshot them for that most wonderful BONG! If a change happens that is not completely terrible, like the Bolt pistol, don't worry too much about it because it still works at what it does. When a change happens that critically hurts what the weapon is supposed to do, make your opinion known, give reasons, respond to the true criticism with dignity, and ignore the trolls that state you are just trying to get god mode or something.
