Put on two damps, then just fit a rep and speed tank, with at least 420 shield buffer.
"Minja" and "Masochist" are synonyms.

I chuck on a couple of kincats, a regulator, a reactive plate, three shield extenders, an energizer, and then put on lots of Minmatar firepower and a nanohive.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Anyway you want really. The base stats and slot layout provide more flexibility than any of the other assault suits. I like a middle of the road build with a combination of extenders and damage mods in the highs and some combination of reps, plates and (possibly) 1 damper or catalyzer in the lows, but I don't use the mk.0 that much.

Anyway, here's a nice shield fit I like:
3x Complex Shield Ex
1x Enh Shield Energizer (I forget if a complex will fit, doubtful)
2x Complex Regulator
2x Complex KinCat
Six Kin ACR
SMG/Flaylock/etc to taste
Flux
X-3/K-2 Hive (forget what fits)
Very speedy shield tanked fit. Not too suitable for brawling, but if you keep your distance and disengage then reengage, it works really well. If armor repair is an issue, just swap a reg for a reactive plate or armor repair.
