Flux the point for REs. Watch your back for those sneaky scouts. They're usually running dampeners so a few lucky shots and will waste them.

You do know this is a team based game so such responses as " why don't you try running with a squad to back you up are perfectly legit .

Start cooking a grenade as you approach the objective, toss it when you get close enough. That should detonate any RE's strapped to the objective.
As for the NK and SG issues... bring a squadmate to watch your back? Opportunistic ambush is kind of scouts' thing.

I try to run with sqaud some times but also like running solo and I except the risks and consequences.
Just laughing at the feeling when I hack solo... I know he's got to be some where... Oh there he is 
Standard suits and don't care about KDR= "I'll hack it" when three guys are staring at the terminal.

Oh I prefer to run solo as well, either that or I find a double chevron random and follow that squad till I break off on my own.
I don't really have a prob w RE's. I spot them pretty well. I usually run a cheap suit and will continue the hack even when I do hear the decloak and see the chevron circle into pos. Its cool cause I usually get a nearby uplink and will be more cautious next time around. |

Running with a squad is a bad answer anyway, and is usually promoted by people who are extremely extroverted and think team work is the answer to everything. Always using a full squad to take an objective Is an excessive use of force and makes defended objectives weaker.
You shouldn't have to compromise your teams strengths by over extending on every objective when one or two people are clearly enough for the job.

Toss an RE at the objective and spam the detonate button soon as you start taking damage.
I've killed countless Clack users this way. If I'm going down, I'm making sure to bring some else down with me. |

This is what I do when I think an objective is being watched by a scout: I only hack for around 3 or 4 seconds at first. Then I immediately turn around to see if anyone is coming for me. If not, you're good to hack. |

First toss a grenade to get any re's
Then If you feel like you're being watched do a fake hack for a few seconds to bait a scout
If you have a scanner it makes it a lot easier. You could set up a scanner suit with speed hack modules and a flux grenade if you really wanna get that job done. |
