As much as I hate heavy spam, there is a problem in the coding, and it needs to be fixed.
To fix heavy spam, I think heavies need a slight HP nerf, and spawn time nerf. With your connection probably you see RE in the same position where people drop them. With my connection i see RE in a place, then they magically teleport a few meters away from their original position.
Then the problem is your crappy connection, not the game. As for the whole invulnerable to explosives thing, as Madbomber myself I guarantee you they are not immune.
The amount of times I've commited suicide deploying an RE over an enemy grenade is too many to count.

Refilled by nanohives and supply depots (no other equipment is) Probably because no other equipment does damage. Futhermore the only other equipmemt that needs restocking, the nanohive, is restockable by simply reselecting your suit from the depot.
Random sliding when place around an objective that leaves them immune to flux and EYES This was fixed, what you may instead be experiemce is when an RE clips through the cannon to sit under the console.
Can be frisbee tossed many meters which actually seems to count off of the activation timer while they are flying This has been fixed, once more I can attest to this. You can test it yourself, find a tall building like the towers in line harvest. You can not detonate the RE's before they stop moving AND THEN arm.
If only two of these issues got fixed maybe they would be more in line, I am not even pointing at any specific item from the list. The fact your complaining about stuff that's already been fixed, would say otherwise.
This is Scout 514 and the r/e benefits the scout so I can not say I expect to see any thing done about them. Hah please, it's not that RE's benifit scouts, it's that they are effeftive verses heavies.
God forbid something should be capable of 5-10 people packing themselves into small rooms like sardines right? Now I'll know what your gonna say. Use a Mass Driver or plasma cannon. Next time you play the Research facility domination, and you have the enemy team ant's nesting in the supply depot bunker, with sentinels running with well over a thousand armour, you show me Scout 514 there.
